I bought Pelgrip so it could remind me to do Kegel exercise more often and also challenge myself a little more while doing Kegel exercise. I try to use this around 10-15 minutes a day before I go to sleep. I feel my glutes harden as I use this and I like that I have to use much more strength than I usually do for regular Kegel exercise

I received mine early last week and have been using every other day. I am a mother of two boys and I really feel the importance of Kegel exercise and try to do it at work in my seat.
